Divisions & Field Size: The college event will take place on the evening of Friday, September 13 with the high school and middle school divisions running on the morning of Saturday, September 14. The varsity race will include the top 10 runners from each school with additional runners running in the JV race.
Awards: Plaques will be awarded to the top two finishing teams with the top-10 runners in each race receiving a medal. For middle school awards, individual finisher medals will be issued in the finish chute and plaques distributed to coaches during the JV races.
Entry Fee & Payments: $350 per high school for four races - boys varsity ($100), girls varsity ($100), boys JV ($75) & girls JV $75) - & $100 per middle school for two races (boys & girls).
Please make checks payable to Lumpkin County HS Cross Country Booster Club. Payment (cash, check or Venmo) should be paid in person to the race desk at packet pickup/team check-in. Please do not mail payments in advance of meet.
Parking: Team bus parking will be in a reserved lot near the start line. There will be event staff on site to direct traffic to the appropriate lots. Additionally, all spectators will park for free in the parking deck overlooking the course or in paved surface lots adjacent to the course.
Timing: RunnersFit Timing will electronically score all the races with ChronoTrack system on bibs. The ChronoTrack system utilizes the single-use B-tag relieving the headache of collecting timing devices after the race.

T-Shirt Sales: Striker Marketing of Dahlonega will be on site selling commemorative race t-shirts for $15 each and $5 for previous race shirts.
